Subject- Field Trip to Police Station
Thanksgiving -Community Service to Police Station
Our Class 1 students visited the local police station as part of a Thanksgiving community service activity. The children made colorful thank-you cards for the police officers and presented them during the visit. They showed their gratitude and respect through their kind words and thoughtful gestures. During the trip, the students also learned how police officers help the community and work every day to keep us safe. It was a meaningful experience that helped them appreciate the importance of community helpers.

PRIMARY SECTION | GRADE II Subject- Field Trip to Gaushala Our Grade 2 students had a heartwarming learning experience during their community service visit to the Gaushala. They observed how cows are lovingly cared for and enjoyed feeding them, fostering empathy, responsibility, and respect for animals. This meaningful visit helped our young learners connect classroom values with real-life kindness and compassion

Subject: English-Leaf Character Activity 
Our young learners turned simple leaf outlines into vibrant characters filled with creativity and imagination. With tiny hands, playful legs, bright eyes and cheerful expressions, each leaf came to life as a unique personality. 

From selecting a leaf shape to naming their imaginative character, students explored artistic expression while building descriptive vocabulary and creative thinking skills. 

Proud of their originality and joyful enthusiasm! 

TRIP TO THE FLOWER SHOP
G.D. Goenka International School, Surat

Our Jr. KG children went on an exciting trip to a nearby flower shop, where they explored the wonderful world of flowers. The little learners observed different types of flowers, their colors, shapes, and fragrances. They were thrilled to see how bouquets are made and how fresh flowers are arranged.

The visit helped the children learn to appreciate nature’s beauty while developing curiosity and observation skills. It was a delightful and fragrant learning experience for our tiny Goenkans!

VOCABULARY PARADE
Our Nursery and Jr. KG children joyfully participated in the Vocabulary Parade, dressing up as different words and showcasing their creativity. The event helped them learn new vocabulary in a fun and engaging way.
The little learners confidently walked the parade, proudly displaying their word-themed costumes—each one unique, colourful, and thoughtfully designed. Teachers encouraged the children to speak a few words about their chosen vocabulary, helping them build confidence and language skills.

 

Our Nursery students enjoyed an exciting trip to the local fruit and vegetable vendor, where they learned about different fruits and vegetables in a fun, hands-on way. The little ones observed colours, shapes, and textures while recognising the importance of healthy eating. It was a delightful learning experience full of curiosity and joy!
