Ms. Puja is a very determined candidate with good experience of about 12 years in managing Human Resource processes. She completed her basic education from Kolkata and later went on to complete her MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI in Hyderabad. She has done Diplomas in Personality Development and French Basics from British Council and French Allianz, respectively. She has worked across various sectors with the Human Resource Processes and majorly develops talent wherever she goes, apart from the core HR processes. She has handled various assignments for different employers in the East and West regions of India. Working in different sector only enhanced her approach towards handling Human Resources. For her, working in the education sector gives her a passionate kick and optimum job satisfaction. Being a leader since her school days has got her to where she is today. She has been very proficient in her communication skills since her childhood.

Human Resources is a major part of what makes a school work. Teachers & staff must frequently work together on projects, communicate ideas and provide motivation to get things done.
