Governing bodies, Principal related to Academic and Administrator related to Administrative matter are committed to the improvement of GD Goenka International School, Surat.  However, sometimes things can go wrong and parents, Legal Guardian feel the need to complain about issue or incidents related to School.  Our School welcomes feedback from parents/Legal guardians and will always try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.  We expect parents/Legal guardians pursuing complaints or other issues not to treat staff in a manner that is unacceptable. We process complaints with great speed and expect parents to have patience.

Do you wish to make a suggestion ?
You can telephone, write to or e-mail the Principal/Vice Principal/Administrator giving your innovative ideas.

Do you have a concern ?
You should raise it informally with your child’s teacher or whomsoever you feel is most appropriate.  Always try to make a prior appointment to see the concerned staff member.  Usually, your worry can be sorted out at this stage and if at all you feel the need to meet any authority then you are always welcome.

Do you wish to make a formal complaint ?

  1. GD Goenka International School has designed a unique positive procedure based on negotiation and conciliation rather than conflict to resolve the all issues.

  2. It is always better to solve a problem first by raising a concern informally.  However, if any of the parents wish to complain formally against the School they have to submit their complaint in the format mentioned below:
